Back Catalog (very gay) Song-O-Day - I Saw a Cop

This was a hidden track on my 2004 "Underdog Victorious" record. I think it was hidden, cause no one at the record company liked it. It is rather goofy, but I do love the mention of Angie Dickinson as "Police Woman" and the fat Elvis stage vibe. If you listen to the end, you can hear me say "think about it" in an Elvis manner. It really makes no sense at all. But more importantly, it depicts honestly one of my sexual fantasies - getting stopped by a cop for speeding, and having to get out of the ticket by exchanging sexual favors. And that cop happens to look exactly like Angie Dickinson in "Police Woman." It could happen.

I Saw a Cop

I saw a cop and she pulled me over I saw a cop and she pulled me over She asked for my ID and proof of ownership She had on dark aviators She had on dark aviators Her pants were tucked inside her leather boots I was goin' really fast Shoulda known it couldn't last Shoulda known when everyone slowed down I saw a cop and she pulled me over

I saw a cop and she pulled me over That's the reason I'm not here with you She shot me with a radar gun She shot me with a radar gun And you know I'll never be the same She shot me with a radar gun She looked like Angie Dickinson Except her hair was black and in a braid Well I was goin' awful fast Underneath the overpass I was tryin' to play the whole thing through I saw a cop and she pulled me over I saw a cop and she pulled me over Now I think I'm really over you Well I was goin' awful fast Underneath the overpass I was tryin' to play the whole thing through Well I saw a cop and she pulled me over I saw a cop and she pulled me over Now I think I'm really over you Yeah, now I think I'm really over you

Think about it
