| I was born in the hard streets
of Denver, Colorado. My parents “the flying
Sobules” were ex-circus performers who got
into accounting. Still, their “big tent”
ways made them less than mindful guardians. I ran
away at the age of twelve with a fake ID (said I
was 19), and joined the Marines. Because of my size
and prowess, I was put in special units. I served
in Nam where I was honorably discharged for a bit
of friendly fire. I came home, and picked up a guitar
from its hook on the wall of a music store. I had
a natural affinity for it and walked out. Since
then, I have made 5 cds and have won numerous awards.
I was married once to a very famous morning talk
show host. Kids? None that I know of. |
