Were you a little down yesterday? I didn't think I was, but reconsidered after reading an article in the Guardian. I suffered the whole day without knowing it was...Blue Monday. According to some psychologist it is "the most depressing day of the year" Come to think of it, the weather was gloomy, the race for Ted Kennedy's seat seemed to go further downhill for the Democratic candidate, and I had a bit of indigestion for most the morning.

It is still rainy and overcast -which actually I love, as it is the constant sun in LA that brings me down.
